On the server statistics page you can find information about the server your palace is located on as well as the status of your palace.

If you can't connect to your palace or FTP, check on the server statistics page if the server is up or if just 1 service is currently offline.

Example if everything shows "ONLINE" but your palace shows "OFFLINE" simply go to the Palace Commands page and hit Start Palace, see if that fixes the problem before contacting fshosting staff!

Are your palace JPG backgrounds not downloading ? Check if the servers "WEBSERVER" is online, if its not please warn fshosting staff!

Processes

Shows how many processes are running on the server normally should be over 240 however its safe till it hits 500. If the server is acting slow and the proccess number is very high that could be a cause of it, if it keeps up for a long periode you could contact support@fshosting.com to inform them incase it is slipping past our view.

Uptime shows how long a server has gone without rebooting if you think the server has gone down recently, check with this field first to see if the server really went down or that it was just your ISP dropping the connection.

Sometimes its possible that you see "load avrg" in this field, that means the server was rebooted in the last 24 hours.

Very useful to know the servers localtime, by all means the time doesnt have to be correct it CAN be off. Keep in mind the time usually is in GMT +1.

However if your looking at View Log or Palace Statistics and want to know what time a event occured you can always check the server localtime and then count back to your own time to know what time the event happened.

Its possible you cant get on your FTP account, this can be due to to many people already logged into the FTP server the max is 30 people. If you can't get in checking here is good before contacting fshosting staff.

Shows how many admins are logged into the server doing maintance jobs.

Is your palace lagging really bad ? Checking the CPU load avarage is a good idea to see if the server is busy doing something, its possible that due to backing up props the server can get a little busy and its "possible" (but not likely) that you can have some lag from this. As long as the server CPU load stays under 20.0 there should be no problem at all!
